The Monmouth Fire Department Explorers are young men and women interested in learning more and experiencing the fire service. This group works side by side with the Monmouth Volunteer Fire Department in Maine and gets the opportunity to train and assist with emergencies. The explorers welcome anyone at least 14 years of age and enrolled in Monmouth Academy (special exception may be made for out of town applicants on a case-by-base basis).
